How to Cancel Your My Drama Subscription

My Drama sells subscriptions in three places: the App Store, Google Play and its own website. Where you paid decides where you cancel, and deleting the app never does it for you.

On iPhone

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Pick My Drama from the active list.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
  5. Look for the expiry date on the next screen to be sure renewal is off.

The subscription terms say to switch off auto-renewal before the end of the trial or period.

On Android

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select My Drama.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
  5. Confirm the entry now carries an end date.

If you paid on the website

  1. Sign in to the My Drama website with the account you used to pay.
  2. Open the settings page of the website, which the subscription terms name as the place to cancel.

Users in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right by email, but the terms say that starting to use the service counts as accepting delivery of digital content, and refunds stop once use begins unless the content is defective. Coins and VIP after cancelling

Coins have no cash value, and the terms let the company take them away when an account is closed. Cancelling a subscription alone does not terminate the account, but the official pages do not say what happens to unused coins when only a subscription lapses. Spend them before you close the account.

Subscription benefits should run until the paid period ends, which is why cancelling right after you subscribe costs you nothing.
